A few honest answers to the questions we hear most often.

What's included with a direct booking?
Mountain breakfast on the terrace, a welcome king coconut on arrival, pool access, and the best available rate, no platform mark-ups.
What is the check-in / check-out time?
Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 11am. We're flexible whenever the calendar allows, please ask and we'll see what we can do.
Are children welcome?
Very much so. The Family Suite is sized for two adults and two children. Extra beds and cots are available for the other rooms just let us know.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival on direct bookings. Within 7 days, the first night is non-refundable.
Can you arrange airport pickup?
Yes we work with a small team of trusted drivers. From the airport it's a 5.5-hour drive; we'll have a driver waiting with your name at arrivals.
