Sunrise yoga at Zion View
Wellness & Wellbeing

Yoga & Spa,
in the mountain air.

Breathe at altitude

A small studio,
a wide horizon.

Our open-air yoga deck sits on the upper terrace east-facing, sheltered by jak trees, with the Ella Gap unrolled below. Classes are small (maximum six mats), unhurried, and led by guides from the local Ayurvedic tradition.

The spa is just below, a soft pair of rooms with local herbs in the air. Treatments use oils blended in Ella from king coconut, gotukola, sandalwood and citronella.
